    • (optional): access to the sadhana What’s App group chat

    • journal prompts to reflect on quarterly throughout the practice

    • access to a video recording of the practice to use in case you are not able to make it live

    • supplemental materials such as mantra translations and access to the sadhana playlist where applicable

    • nature medicine and subtle energy recommendations that relate to our group intention

    • group check-in on day 1, 11, & 40

    • We will practice our chosen kriya and meditation for 40 consecutive days, really taking the time to go deep in our single point of practice.

    • We will meet on zoom for sadhana each morning and begin our practice 5min. past the hour.

    • Start time will either be 4am or 7am and our practice lasts roughly an hour.

    • For the first 5 days of our time together you will receive a message reminder 5min. before sadhana (if you chose to opt in to the what’s app group chat).

    • Daily meetings are NOT recorded

    • Because this practice encompasses a good chunk of time, you can expect there to be occasional change of scenery on my end. I love to camp, and also regularly lead retreats in remote spaces, and that may impact our practice sometimes, for example not being able to play our accompanying music. I chose to show up in this dynamic and authentic way as opposed to having someone else substitute for me when life is life-ing in order to be a model for how this practice is meant to serve you no matter what your circumstances present. Truthfully, the consistency is where the magic happens with sadhana. **On that note - authenticity is encouraged in this space, please come as you are, as I will be doing the same.

    • At the beginning of our journey, I will offer adequate context for our practice and guidance through the physical movement, however as time goes by, I will gradually start to pull back on my guidance so that your own inner voice can be more prominent and you can experience the self- initiation available through this practice.

    • Please show up to sadhana with your camera on and your microphone muted. You don’t have to have great lighting or camera placement, you can even sleep through the whole practice haha! This guideline is just to discourage spectating on what is meant to be a group engagement.

    • Respectful communication is required at all times. When we are doing group shares, please try to keep to a 2-3 minute time frame so that everyone has a chance to speak. *Sharing in the group is encouraged, but not required.

    • In order to encourage sincerity in your commitment and integrity of the group container, if you miss 4 consecutive sadhana days, access to the practice will be removed and you will be invited to try again for the next cycle. This is not at all meant to be a punishment but rather an invitation to self-asses and be present for what life may be really asking of you at this time. If you have special circumstances and need more support around this ask, please just reach out to me so we can make an accommodation if appropriate.

    • The purpose of the what’s app chat is to have a central place to send important links and group updates. This space is open to sharing and talking amongst yourselves, however I will be mostly engaging on a practical basis. If you have a specific question or request for me, email is still the best option!

Sadhana can be described as one of the most direct paths of wisdom and alchemy because it is a practice that creates the necessary conditions for us to deeply witness and reflect on the patterns of the our thoughts and actions over an extended period of time. Over the course of the sadhana journey we experience the fluctuations of life through the lens of curiosity and devotion and have the opportunity to practice the thoughts and actions that are in more harmony with our chosen path forward. This synergizes not only our minds, but our nervous system as well; creating space for change that is physical as well as energetic.
